Nice stay with friendly staff and good convenience near the airport. Could do with a lift as climbing 3 floors with luggage can be challenging. But otherwise all was good.

The place was really nice, clean, and close to the Metro. The front desk people were super helpful. The garden out back was a great place to hang. I'd totally stay there again if I'm ever in Lisbon.

This place was lovely. Front desk staff kind and helpful. It's not in the touristy neighbourhood which is great - there's lovely coffee shops and bars a ten minute walk away, and the street below has groceries and thrift stores. The room was lovely and the hotel was great.

Really nice building; very nice, spacious and modern room; withing walking distance from two main metro stations and plenty of cafes and restaurants; although it's located in a busy road, it was fairly quiet during the night; easy and quick check-in and check-out.

Excellent stay. As is mentioned on the listing, you will need to carry your luggage up at least one flight of stairs to reception. We ended up on the top (fourth) floor, and had to carry our bags there too. Beyond that, everything was great. We were in a larger unit with four people and there were two A/C units, the bathroom was large, and it was nice to have a kitchen area too. Staff were very friendly, the garden is nice, and there are a ton of great restaurants in the area. Convenient to the airport and city center. We would not hestitate to stay here again.

Lovely clean hotel.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. Cleaned every day. Big comfortable bed. No lift and all rooms upstairs. Quite noisy as walls very thin and on main road. Out of Lisbon centre in more rundown area. Transport/metro close by.

Served a Purpose

I wouldn’t say it’s in the nicest possible area but we only slept there so an uber to the door going out and coming back worked fine for us. Comfortable, functional , clean and quiet room on the garden side. Good staff. No lifts so if your bags are heavy and you’re struggling a bit. Be ready.

Our apartment was basically one large room with a double bed and a single bed. It felt more like a hostel. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but the location was poor and off the beaten track from sightseeing areas, shopping, and dining. It wasn't what we had hoped for and I won't be staying here the next time I visit Lisbon, Portugal.

Great stay

Pros The room was clean and updated. Small fridge and desk in the room. Stuff super friendly. Reasonably priced. Loved the outdoor space. You have access to common kitchen and large fridge:freezer. Close to two subway stops. Close to grocery store. Con’s: no elevator (request 2 floor), you can hear subway passing through, not much fast food options within walking distance, no access to outside area or common kitchen 12:30am-8:30am, strong laundry/cleaners used by cleaning staff.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with a lovely view for the morning when I opened the shutters. I forgot my charger and adaptor when leaving for an early morning flight and they mailed it back to me. The bakery they recommended for breakfast was awesome and we truly enjoyed the convenience to the metro. Recommend highly.

This was a GREAT place to stay but I didn’t realize it wasn’t the best area to stay in Lisbon. It felt totally fine but it wasn’t in the most safe or walkable area, so we used to the subway to go down to the water and the popular area (Alfama). The subway was super easy and very close so that was a plus! But all that being said, everything about the place and the staff and the rooms was fantastic! Can’t say enough good things about our stay and the service provided - just not our ideal location!

Location: The area has tons of businesses nearby and there are numerous options for food with Indian being very prevalent.A small shoutout to Athiti Indian nearby for amazing food and staff. That said the area is noisy. Lots of emergency vehicle activity, and a subway that runs directly below the building that can be heard and felt every time. Cleanliness: Hotel seemed clean and nothing stood out as being in poor repair. No problem at all with the cleanliness of the facility. Staff: We had limited interactions but what we did have were typical of a hotel. Facilities/Function: Here is where this goes bad for us. There is no lift in the building. It does say that in the Expedia listing but only if you are looking for it specifically in the accessibility area. You will be carrying your bags up fairly tight wooden staircases. I am sure the response will be that they always help carry them but that isn't really the case. The staff member checking us in would have been willing to assist grudgingly but there are no bell hops or actual people there to assist you.
