We had a lovely stay. The apartment at The Lift in Lisbon was great. The staff was super helpful at check in time. It was a clean beautiful apartment. The location couldn’t have been any better.

Loved the stay here!! Loved the location!! Loved the customer service and loved the staff. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon and is walking distance to a lot of the attractions and night life. We stayed on the top floor and the view was spectacular!!

Incredible customer service

We had an amazing stay. Luis was so incredibly helpful and made our stay perfect. We tried to stay an extra night but they were booked up. Luis helped us find a great room even though it wasn’t at his hotel.

Fantastic location close to shopping and lots of the interesting sites. Safe and clean building. Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working when we arrived and we were on the top floor which wasn’t ideal, but we didn’t let that ruin what was an amazing holiday.

Great location in heart of Baxia. We stayed in the apartments and had a two bedroom with great living room area. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great. Front staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property is in a great location. The sink in the main bedroom was out of commission because of a leak behind the wall. We could smell mold and the person in that room has a mold intolerance so it was not a good situation.

Great spot in Lisbon

Great central location in Lisbon, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs and a slow elevator, but the convenience of the location more than make up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

Location was great, apartment was beautiful and had everything you'd need. Service was very friendly and helpful and always there. Apartment was cleaned daily. Breakfast was available on the hotel and was very fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at the Lift Apartments by RIDAN Hotels was fantastic. The staff were all lovely, the apartment was spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. The location was excellent very central so we were able to walk to a lot of the sites such as the cathedral, the castle etc and there is a metro station and a train station very close for when we wanted to go further out. Plenty of options for food around and a little supermarket just a minute away. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Lisbon.

This hotel is located close to many good restaurants and shops. The room was well organized and clean, but the space is limited. There is a platform elevator which is extremely slow. Our main concern was the air conditioning system which we can’t control. The room was too warm and we couldn’t lower the temperature.
