Excellent & clean facility, amazing staff who are always willing to help and make sure you have a great stay. I loved that the rooms had lockers that were very easy to use and kept my things safe. Location is also central. Highly recommend this hostel to anyone!

This is a great hostel where we booked the private room to ourselves. It’s important to know that there is no lift and the check in is up a flight of stairs and your room will likely be more floors above, so it was tricky with our 2 large suitcases and hand luggage but manageable for us. The staff were very friendly and the vibe is really great and homely. We were impressed with our room and the location is very central

Old But Comfy

It’s old; it’s a lot of stair climbing; well located and serves a great breakfast. Has limited bar. Work being done on premises is noisy. Staff is friendly and professional. Curtained beds for privacy with reading lights. Towel provided. Right on Rossio Square—walk anywhere downtown.
Look just beyond the red umbrella—that’s the hostel.

Central but noisy location

Location was excellent and super convenient. Nearby metro and bus. Walking distance to centre of Lisbon. However, this central location was at the cost of a quiet night’s sleep - every night, there was constant loud noise on the street below from midnight until morning - a mixture of late night revellers and deliveries for nearby restaurants. Breakfast nice enough. Staff helpful and friendly.

The property was very nice. The only issue was that there are no elevators in it. You need to walk two flights of stairs just to get to the office. Then our room was two flights of stairs more. Room was nice. No refrigerator or Tv. Great location though. We were across from the Christmas Market at the square. Staffwas very nice and spine good English.

The staff are wonderful. Cherry and helpful. The place is older and worn. Beds squeak a lot but are comfortable. As with most hostels, there is very little room in the bathrooms!! No place to put down your toiletry bag (except in the sink) PLEASE add some shelves. Some stools (on which to place clothes so they don’t get wet on the floor) would improve the functionality immeasurably! But again, the staff is wonderful. Breakfast was adequate too 👍

Daniel at Reception kindly carried my suitcase to the fourth floor. Brilliant location but no lift so moving luggage might be difficult for some. I enjoyed my stay. Very central location within easy walking distance of most places.

Several bites after wake up day by day

Pros: good location, nice staff Cons: 1.the toilet is soooo bad, it has no privacy and very smelly at night.(the shower and toilet are in one small room, only cleaned daily) 2.Every morning I wake up, I got more and more bites, I assume they have bed bugs, and it’s really itch and annoying. 3. The room is very small and no air-con, so the noisy fan is working all night

Incrível!

O hotel é limpo, possui recepção 24h, permitem guardar a bagagem antes do check in e após o check out. O pequeno almoço é incrível! Ficamos sem energia no último dia de estadia mas conseguimos tomar banho quente e as meninas da recepção conseguiram colocar o meu celular para carregar em outra torre. A localização também é ótima e possui estação de metrô na esquina. Super indico e voltaria.
