Would not stay here if last place available. The room and bed was dirty. We booked private washroom. But it was outside the bedroom. The room smelt of toilet. It was hard to breath. Left after 1 night even if we booked for 3. Very bad experience.

Residencial Duque de Saldanha is centrally located in a quiet clean and safe neighborhood. You are within walking distance from fine dinning and transportation hubs. Few minutes away from turist attractions or the airport. Eventhough the property is going over renovations the staff's attention to detail and courteous service will make you forget about the renovations happening. This is a wonderful gem that I'm sure once they are done renovating the cost will go up, but because of closeness to everything and the service they provide it will be worth every cent.

The property is in good site near Metro and close to coffee shop and restaurant and pharmacy and groceries buttt.. make sure call the Residential before you come because you can’t go inside you need code or just wait for someone to open and go to 4th floor the concierge..other than that nice to stay here.

Funcionário brasileiro um show de simpatia e cordialidade. Deve ser a alma do negócio. Mas infelizmente o local não corresponde a algumas fotos. Ficamos em 3 em um espaço minúsculo. Anda e se bate. O banheiro eles improvisaram, era transparente, pra um usar, todos os outros tinham que ir pra varanda. (Mas a agua era quente e isso é ótimo) a cama de molas nao me deixou dormir, entrava nas minhas costas e fazia barulho. Estava sujo, infelizmente. Prédio em obras tb, aparência não era boa. Partes boas: o funcionário, a sacadinha, tinha ar e a agua era quente.

L'hotel est tres bien situé et l'accueil était correct. Cependant, les chambres sont vraiment vieillottes. La porte qui fermait les toilettes était coulissante mais ne fermait pas. La tablette pour poser nos produits au dessus de l'evier de la salle de bain etait inclinée,du coup rien ne tenait. Nous avons trouvé des traces de sang sur le drap et un oreiller qui était en supplément , nous les avons mis en evidence pour que ça doit changé, ça à juste été retourné... Malheureusement, le materiel disponible indiqué n'etait pas disponible ( pas de bouilloire, pas de lit bébé alors que nous en avions besoin ) Malheureusement, le materiel.indiquée

O único problema que encontramos foi o estacionamento. Impossível a encontrar. Tudo cheio. Apanhámos 2 multas. A roupa das camas era já bem usada. Já merecia de ser mudada. Além disso fomos bastante bem recebidas pela senhora da recepção.

The internet was fine. Elevator wasn't working first couple of days. Front door broken the whole time AND very difficult to open. No replacement toilet paper. Very hard to get hot water. Shower broken. Dirty ash tray left on balcony. It was really a rather scruffy place but the location was fantastic and the staff were very nice and helpful

Easy check in for me, other guests who arrived later in the evening had trouble finding it: signage is confusing. The room is sufficient, well located, and clean. The bed is a little small and old box-spring mattress not the most comfortable. The balcony is a really nice feature, with a small table for two that's perfect for enjoying a drink in the late afternoon or evening. Service was very friendly and checking in was fast and easy.

The room was good, the elevator did not work on our last day and we were at the 7th floor - i have two carry two suitcases from the 7th floor down. A couple of time I spoke with the reception and they keep of spaeking to me in Portuguese and I don't know how to speak nor understand Portuguese. On our last day the lady at the reception is from Nepal and she speaks good English

We stayed just for the night and was ok , the beds were clean and the receptionist ( a Brazilian guy ) was so friendly . Good option if you have a long layover in Lisbon , it’s quite close to the airport .
