Our group had a really pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. There were plenty of restaurants outside including TimeOut market. But it did get noisy at night since it was surrounded by bars. Also the pillows were terrible and lumpy so I suggest that the hotels invest in new ones and mirrors for the bedrooms.

Good stay, very safe. Property was very nice. Air conditioning seemed to strugle but was very high temps outside. Unfortunately my family was stuck in the elevator for 45 mins. Overall a nice place.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, um die Altstadt und Neustadt zu Fuß zu erkunden und es sind viele tolle Restaurants direkt nebenan oder in der näheren Umgebung. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche war nicht ordentlich geputzt und sämtliche Textilien (Sofa, Teppiche, Bettwäsche, Handtücher) hatten Flecken oder Löcher. Allgemein wirkt das Apartment auf den ersten Blick sehr schön, aber beim genaueren Hinschauen sieht man, dass die Ausstattung/Einrichtung an einigen Stellen sehr heruntergekommen ist und dringend erneuert werden müsste.

This unit has a lot of the problems. There was no communication tell me that I will get the block box code after getting to the hotel even I asked about the procedure a few times via email. The sink is blocked. The bathroom door can’t be closed. The bathroom tissue paper is barely enough to last for four days. I could not find anyone in the receptionist to ask for help. This made me feel nervous when we first got to the hotel and just arrived and tried to figure out how to set the code for the blocked box, especially on my first trip to Lisbon.
