Good location and great breakfast, staff were nice. 2 bedrooms apt was clean, however I could hear the walking sound from upper floor at night. The only concern was the construction in front made the surroundings quite messy.

Wonderful place, great host, great breakfast included. 2 bedroom apartment was large and very comfortable. Location great, EXCEPT you're in the middle of Bairros Alta, so lots of partying in the adjoining streets. Apartment has thick wooden doors to cover the windows so it tries very hard to reduce the noise. Place feels safe even late at night.

Excellent location for dining and night-life and waterfront places to relax. The Colours rooftop terrace is a hidden gem with an outstanding view. The staff are incredibly friendly and the free daily breakfast was a delightful start to each day. The road was under construction which was a bit of an inconvenience because we rented a car (the car park was great but there was no need for car - Uber is cheap and easily available from main street). Staff went well out of their way to assist with rerouting directions and getting luggage to and from the car.

Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Leider liegt das Hotel in einer Umgebung mit vielen Nachtlokalen und ist dafür zu hellhörig. Es war jede Nacht sehr laut. Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

checking-in as challenging, d/t construction on the street of Hotel. thank God Ishad from Reception came to meet us at a location and then back to the parking garage and he helped us with our luggage. There should be some signage on the building that says Lisbon Colors. The apt was fabulous. Very comfortable bed, nice furnishings and finished in apt. very quiet.

Bring earplugs, as the area noise absurd, especially on the weekends, and even on the 3rd floor. But that was a small price to pay to be in the heart of all the action, as long as youthful debauchery makes you smile. Anyway, the staff was attentive and helpful, the breakfast was fine, and the place itself was very nice. No complaints, would totally stay there again.

We had a nice stay. It was walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, as well as the city centre. It was fairly central to take day trips, we did Sintra and Evoras. The included breakfast was a nice treat and started our day off right. A few things to note for future travellers: Upon arrival, the scents used in the room were quite overwhelming - front desk was accommodating to not use them for the rest of the stay. There was construction on the street out front of the hotel which we were unaware of until after booking, it is not overly inconvenient but something to be aware of if you are traveling in October or early November of 2026. This is also located in a party area which is quite loud in the evening. however, the windows and shutters do a good job of muffling the sound and blocking the lights. Overall would recommend.

Arrived at 9pm on a Saturday night and I was very worried about the noise in the surrounding streets but i needn’t have worried as the apartment was completely sound proofed. There is a lot of work being done on the street outside but other than very dusty shoes this wasn’t an issue. There is an apartment itself was clean, well equipped and met all our needs for a fantastic stay in Lisbon. Added bonus of breakfast each morning at the extremely friendly cafe next door.

Main problem for 2026 is the amount of construction on the street - it was completely closed so we had to drag suitcases from other streets to get to the hotel - and then getting to parking was a nightmare with streets closed etc. was very frustrating. But staff excellent about helping. Wish I knew about all this before I booked - I would have booked somewhere else. We are told this is going on to end of 2026.

Everything for us was as we expected. The only problem was the construction happening in the street (during August 2026) and taking the luggages was not easy. But the hotel staff were super helpful to help us bringing the luggages in. Location is in the middle of night life actions and small bars open late. We recommend this place.

The room was nice but a little small. The pictures made it look larger than it was. However, our stay here was still great. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The free breakfast every morning was great. We also had access to a beautiful courtyard where we could sit out and enjoy our coffee in peace. There is also a shared rooftop that you can use that has wonderful views of the city. We didn't know that the Bairro Alto neighborhood is where a lot of the bars/nightclubs are (that was our fault for not doing our research) and when we walked down some of the streets at night, we were worried about how noisy the neighborhood was. However, our room was very soundproof! We could barely hear anything which was great.

Loved the location, and the spaciousness of the apartment. It was also quiet, given its location. The breakfast options were also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
