This place is great and a higher value than the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable and surprisingly soundproof. I would stay there again.

We expected the hostel to be a traveller spot, but instead there were many youth groups and school trips. It was very loud till late at night. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was very basic, but okay. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and more in the area.

Bed bugs (beware).

Bed bugs. One night stay ended with ~70 bed bug’s bites :(. Good breakfast included in the price of the overnight stay (8:30-10:00am). Convenient location (close to metro/subway and buses). Easy access to/from LIS Airport.,

Great location but dirty

Great location with Metro station and supermarket just next door and a cafe and bar opposite. Room was what you would expect from a private room in a hostel in terms of amenities and comfort i.e basic. Cleanliness was a huge issue though - you could visibly see the dirt all over the floor and it couldn't have been washed for weeks at least. The only bit which did seem to get cleaned was the bathroom, but in saying that, they didn't give us clean towels the whole time we were there.

I was scheduled for several nights and I had to go to the front desk multiple times as my keycard was deactivated, once while I had gone to shower. There were several young groups towards my last day that brought in alcohol and they destroyed the bathroom facility, toilet paper was not maintained well. I believe staff were overwhelmed by the group,

Travel on a shoestring budget

The room is quite dirty. I had to clean the table myself. One of the beds has dirt. The curtain and wall had many dead bodies of bugs, which I don't know how to clean. Despite all these, the hotel is close to many bus stations and a metro station. It also provides breakfast. As I prefer a cleaner room over convenience, this hotel is not suitable for me.

Expected better

I know I was living in an hostel, but the quality was lower than originally expected. I spent over a week there and the bed sheets in the room were never changed. The male bathroom at my floor was out of order for the last two days of my stay. Breakfast was very poor. To eat only toasted bread with cheese, ham and jams was available, plus some fruit.
