If I could give this hotel five stars, I absolutely would! Unfortunately, Expedia only allows a maximum rating of four stars, so four stars is the highest I can give. The hotel truly deserves a five-star rating for its cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and convenient location near the metro.

A beautiful boutique hotel slightly away from the craziness of Praca do Comercio but easily accessible to everything. Could not fault the staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bountiful and well prepared. Decor in keeping with the age of the property and everywhere spotless. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was spectacular a historical site, so much character, beautiful woodwork,tile-work and wow what a location. The middle of everything but away from the noise. The staff were amazing the front desk especially Tomas helped so much and the breakfast cannot say enough!!! Would go back. Caution this is not a very wheelchair accessible site…

Beautiful little boutique hotel in one of the best neighborhoods/locations in Lisbon. Close to great restaurants and bus/train stations for easy sightseeing. The staff are so friendly and the room felt luxurious.

We had a nice stay at this hotel in Lisbon. They were accommodating with an early check-in and staff was very friendly. The room was large and pleasant, but unfortunately there was a fairly intense sewage smell in the bathroom that required us to keep the door closed. Other than this, we have no complaints. Breakfast was wonderful.

First of all, the hotel staff, especially the receptionist, were very helpful and polite, thank you very much. The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Rato metro station, within walking distance, and its flat terrain is a great advantage. The rooms are very clean and of adequate size. Providing drinking water is a very nice touch. The breakfast is fresh and sufficient. It was an experience far beyond my expectations.
