"What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!"

On the positive side, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the secure free parking available in the basement. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We stayed for three nights and booked four rooms for our family, and every room had the same issue — the AC did not cool properly at all....

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were really good and helpful too. Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient. But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10."

"Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good ."
