"Great sized rooms with a proper desk for business trips. "

"I've stayed here a couple times and the staff are always excellent. Rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are new. It's central for getting into the city by transit. Walking distance from park royal mall. There is lots of car parking close to your room. There is some traffic noise from the intersection near by but it was pretty quiet after 10. "

"There was a unicorn in the lounge , a talking unicorn. Which was quite a nice surprise because if youve never had a unicorn make you breakfast, you really dont know what youve been missing. The Guinness taps were a nice touch as well. Who doesnt love free beer. "

"Gorgeous hotel! Lots to do and the pool area and gym are very nice! Got a free upgrade to a suite with an ocean view which was a great surprise! "

"We had a staycation at the Quay hotel and the room was just awesome with a view of the city. When we checked in the staff at the front was a total sweetheart, checked us in early, gave a free bottle of wine and upgraded us with a view. The hotel location is stellar with a food market literally two floors down and all lower Lonsdale has to offer including seeing sailing ships and yachts at the harbour. It truly was an awesome experience and will recommend it to anyone looking for a fun walk...

"For an old building this place is great! Used it for one night after a late concert. It’s well priced, clean and cute and located in a good location. Near pricey hotels but just an old school “motel” with central courtyard. Was a great find for our needs."

"Great hotel! Mu only suggestion is, the hotel rooms are quite dark; an ovwrhead light/chandelier would be perfect to brinf a bit more light to the space (a bit challenging when working on a laptop). Other than that, it was great."
