"The check in was the fastest I've ever experienced. Key card in hand and walking away in under 2 minutes. Room was perfect and shower pressure was excellent. Not very often do I find a hotel room with high pressure."

"I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again"

"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

"Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay."

"Excelente ubicación y servicio Súper limpio y la atención"

"Estuvo muy increíble, fue una experiencia maravillosa.Es un lugar precioso me encantó"

"Beautiful place! I won’t stay anywhere else in Chicago."

"Very nice hotel in great condition. Exceptionally clean, surprisingly quiet, very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Daily free breakfast was okay, but not great. Only downsides: fairly low water pressure in the shower, especially in the morning; heating unit under the window is a little bit loud right next to bed. Overall a great value and would absolutely stay here again. "

"Good"

"Breakfast was not what was Pictured in their ad. Breakfast was still ok many times missing daily items, stayed for multiple days and every day breakfast was different with lack of items some days."
