"Reserved a suite, was given a single room and Aaron at the front desk couldn't have cared less. Had to request additional pillows and towels for our dog multiple times. Breakfast was tasteless and worth what it cost (free). One 6 quart pot of clam chowder that comes out at 5 pm and is gone by 5:05. ..."
