Fabulous stay very welcoming and great good and facilities .
Excellent staff and food. Great self self service drinks. 15-20min nice walk into beautiful Limone, but there is also a courtesy bus every 30mins. Great views.
You can hear everything what's happening in the rooms next door. Bathroom terrible shape. Ants everywhere. Hotel need serious update. View was good and location as well. Food was ok.
We had a wonderful stay all around, food was good the little shuttle bus was very convenient, the only small issue was the WiFi. We wished the inside pool would have been a little warmer.. this hotel provides a great value for the cost.

Excellent location, you cant expect anything better then that!!!! Stunning views, easy access. Just hotel and facilities would benefit from update and renovation.
Nice hotel...great value for an all inclusive.
Large room and clean bathroom. Walking distance to Limone which is beautiful.
The queue for food needs addressing when the restaurant opens, especially in the evenings.
We were out of season and feel it is probably packed in the summer! Beautiful little private beach across the road. We all had a fab time when we were there over easter. Lots of steps so not for those with mobility issues. We were all very happy with this hotel. Varied menu...free ice cream!!
Lovely hotel but a bit dated, could do with a refurb. In saying that, the rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. Pool area nice, added bonus of private beach area. Hotel was all inclusive and drinks 24/7. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. The area of Limone is gorgeous.

Value for money !!! The facility is old and a bit dated, but the food was nice ( all meals / all inclusive) and we really enjoyed the beach facilities with sunbeds. Swimming pool looked ok and not too crowded as well. Did not partipate in any of the many activities arranged by the Hotel, but for those who enjoy such Im sure they will appreciate it!

Wonderful buffet!
From reading reviews I had very low expectations, both regarding food and the state of the room (in need of renovations etc)
We were overwhelmed and surprised by how wonderful this hotel was.
The food was self service and great tasting. Best dessert buffet I’ve ever had at an all inclusive hotel!
Good variety of food and salad bar.
Sure, the rooms weren’t modern nor new, but the are nicer looking then in pictures. At least ours was. It’s clean and comfortable.
The restaurant and lobby is newly renovated tho and looks great.
The hotel was wonderful at the price point we got!
Drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room at all but is fine by pool area and restaurant.
Easy check in and check out. Free bus to town , free parking and no hidden charges except tourist tax (1,5€ /night per person)
Coming back if we ever find ourselves near lake Garda again
Amazing location with spectacular views. Clean, basic room cleaned daily. Wonderful pools. Food was fine and value for money. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Staff were fantastic. Pavel kept the dining area immaculately, the whole hotel was constantly being cleaned and tidied.
Location is absolutely stunning, the mini bus into town a brilliant little touch.
Can't fault anything, there is even entertainment at night.
Highly recommended

The front desk staff were mean. They are not welcoming at all. They seem to have forgotten that they are in the hospitality industry. There was no bell man upon my arrival. Additionally, On my departure when I asked for a bell man it felt like pulling teeth. When they finally agreed to provide the bell man, he only brought my heavy bags and only to the front desk and not closet or into my car. Overall, the customer service was poor

Hotel was is a great location, lots of parking avaliable. Staff looked miserable. Rooms were dated but it was clean. Pools were good, never any issues getting a sun lounger, life guards at pools and lake. They were quite strict with no jumping into the pool allowed. Lots of sun loungers at the lake. Drinks although only a small selection of spirits were all self service. Snacks avaliable in the lobby all day (cakes, crisp etc) Ice cream avaliable all day and ice lollys when the pool area was open. Food - overall it wasnt great, pizza and chips were avaliable every lunchtime. There was a roast being carved each dinner time. It was edible for the few days we were there. Breakfast was cold.

Food on buffet was always cold & staff cleared tables when you hadn’t finish
The weather was lovely which makes the stay even more pleasant.
We got a free upgrade to the villas on the beach ( there is 8 of these) which was a lovely surprise, as it was my daughters/son in laws 30 th birthdays and this also gave us access to the vip restaurant for breakfast (which costs €30 each )
We found that the staff were Friendly BUT couldn’t speak basic English so trying to ask questions were very difficult and frustrating.
There was a lot of German people at this hotel, so very few English people, but I was told it was their annual holidays ( we stayed 14/18 June.
It was self service for your drinks. Unless u wanted cocktails or named spirits , which then you had a bar in reception to use.
Because we were only there for 4 days , we didn’t eat lunch/dinner in the main restaurant ( apart from 1night ) as we wanted to try different places for food. The 1 time I went in , it was very busy and the food was luke warm, there was a microwave to heat it back up !!!! I played safe and just had pasta and sauce which was very tasty tbh.
If you have mobility issues or breathing difficulties like myself staying in the main hotel wouldn’t be good , because it’s on a hill and you need to go up/down to get to your room and swimming pools.
I would go back but I would only stay in the villas.
The hotel also as a free shuttle bus that goes to Limone but it stops at 7.05pm so getting back you would have to walk (20mins) as getting a taxi is impossible.
Really lovely family holiday, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although one or two female receptionists could be a bit more pleasant, found them to be quite abrupt at times. Food is good, something for everyone, breakfast was the same every day, bacon, delicious scrambled eggs, tomatoes, selection of fruits and breads. We weren't there for lunches but dinners were good, a nice variety of dishes. Drinks and snacks available all day, on a self service station.
Rooms are all uphill but there are lifts everywhere. The rooms are basic, but clean. we didn't have a hair dryer supplied, the bathroom had 2 small shower gels on the first day, they weren't replenished after that. No shampoo/conditioner, no bathrobes supplied either so the room description is slightly incorrect on the superior rooms.
There is an outdoor and indoor pool both of which are cold.
Overall we had a lovely time, the views and walks to the lake are beautiful.
For what we paid we felt it was very good value for money.
