"Arrived late after 7:30 pm (we had messaged them to let them know we would be late). Room was to be ready by 4:00 pm and at 7:30ish, It was not. It was still in the state left by the previous occupants. Not at all ready for us and there was not a cleaning crew on site. Also this room #3 and it was to have a hot tub and there was none. It would have all been okay but they did not have another room to put us in so we had to drive another 62 miles to Rexburg where a room was available at a hotel....

"We really appreciated that they upgraded us to a king tent. We had booked 2 twins but she upgraded us to a king tent for no charge. We are in our 70s so we appreciated it so much as my husband is tall and we were much more comfortable and kept warm better as it went down to 45 degrees. Nice experience!!! First time ever. "

"We stayed here for one night, and the owner was very lovely. They welcomed us wonderfully, even though we arrived quite late. The main problem we found is that there are no towels provided, so you have to bring your own. The tents are quite close to each other, and the ground is pretty uneven/stumbly (or bumpy), so make sure not to wear anything pointy. "We had a very nice stay here. The staff was very friendly. Shout out to Chandler who made us feel right at home. He gave advice on what to see in the park and provided us with fire starters to start the fire in the fire pits which was very relaxing. I will stay there again. It was clean and cozy."

"The only thing I would change is that they need to have a sign out front the property so you know which one of the buildings it is and maybe the check-in process should be cleaner. Coming in a little later. It was a little confusing and it's not very convenient if you're going in and out at all hours. But the price was awesome and it was cleaned friendly. "First, it is a wooden structure. The movement upstairs made huge cracking noise on the wooden floor. It is very loud noise. Second, they gave me a room where the bathroom was not cleaned at all, it had hair on the bathroom sink, a half-dead bug in the tub, and garbage in the waste bin. "Beautiful location. Watched the sun rise over the mountains. Good breakfast. Trouble with the TV and requested to have it fixed. Came back to room and wasn't fixed. Oh well, don't go on vacation to watch tv. Just like to see the local news. Best hotel so far on our trip out west."

"A great and affordable option for getting into Yellowstone and easy to get to Old Faithful and the lake! We enjoyed the walkability to open late and open early food and espresso options. No big frills or amenities but a clean and cozy place with friendly staff and good communication goes a long way."
