"l'appart hôtel est propre. le prix est raisonnable mais avec quelques concessions notamment le fait que le studio dispose du strict minimum pour y séjourner et manque de quelques indispensables notamment le ballet, le fer à repasser et quelques ustensiles de grandes utilité. l'appart hotel demeure un bon choix qualité/ prix. situé dans un quartier calme, il est à 10 minutes de marche du centre et 3 minutes d'une station metro."

"Really nice decor in the property and everything was brand new. The staff were lovely and very thoughtfully left a cake in our room for my husband’s birthday. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good temperature. We had to move room as our original room had a window that did not close properly and let noise in. More areas for hanging clothes would be useful and no conditioner in the bathroom which would have been useful."

"Duplex très spacieux et bien situé près de la gare. Il faisait très exceptionnellement chaud et l’appartement n’était malheureusement pas climatisé (bon d’accord, nous sommes à Lille) et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des restaurants aux alentours et des odeurs de cuisines. J’y retournerai avec plaisir"

"Very clean and bright room! The woman at reception was extremely helpful and kind. I did purchase the breakfast for children and I would say that it was lacking for the price. There are a lot of bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance which would be a better value. It was nice that the hotel offered free coffee and hot drinks throughout the day."

"Een zeer fijn hotel met goeie faciliteiten. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren ging vlot in de nabij gelegen garage. Wel jammer dat het geen schone garage was, aangezien je ervoor moet betalen. Ontbijt was prima, klein maar fijn. Na 1 dag wordt de kamer niet al te veel schoon gemaakt, enkel vervanging van de handdoeken en legen van de prullenbakken. Op zich was dat oké. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf en voor herhaling vatbaar want de locatie is super."

"La location était très bien. Idéalement bien placée. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue facilement. Logement propre. Juste quelques petits équipements cassés (brosse dans les toilettes, la petite poubelle dans la salle de bain) Et nous avons eu chaud (week-end du 27 et 28 juin) : voir installer une climatisation ou des ventilateurs efficace). Lille est une superbe ville."

"Brilliant location, efficiently organised and run. Apart from a couple of minor maintenance issues that i made the owners aware of when I arrived, the apartment was ingeniously kitted out and had everything you would need for a short independent stay. The bathroom and bedroom were amazing. The living room needed to be more cosily laid out but was comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others."

"We stayed for eight nights. The staff is very helpful and polite. The room was clean, the bedding was very comfortable. The only thing that gave an impression other than cleanliness is the hotel carpet, both in the room and the hallway and stairs. It is worn and it has been cleaned many times to remove stains. I would still consider the room clean regardless but it gave a poor impression. Don’t get me wrong, I was very happy with my stay and I would stay again. Should you book a room here don’t...
