"The hotel is in a good location downtown. I got a good price on the room, but they got me with the Valet parking. It was $50.00 a night, which is ridiculous. I was there for 5 nights and that Valet took a chunk out of my travel expenses. There was no mention of the cost of valet in Expedia or on the hotel website."

"Everything and everyone was pleasant informed us with information properly. Had a bad experience at the omni and left to go to the westing and it was my 50th bday and they have my husband and i a wonderful suite and also had cake and champagne delivered..along with a wonder card. Made my bday even better considering the bad expensive we had at the omni. Thestaff sas wonderful. Will definitely be staying there every time we go to Dallas.

"Like staying in a piece of art, but with helpful, friendly, and informative staff. Only drawback, no free breakfast, but regardless of that would certainly stay here for every Dallas trip. The wife wants to stay just to stay and enjoy the pool!"
