"This hotel needs maintenance, is so dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. The access corridor to the parking lot had a ball of hair rolling down the corridor for a whole day. Breakfast is included, yes, but there are not many options other than toast, egg and cereal. The floor was raised. A total disaster"

"Lovely property but in a state of flux with new ownership. Problems : no internet at all in our room. We reported it but it was not fixed. Some outlets not working or plug falls out. Bed was very uncomfortable…old and no support. Fewer room amenities than average hotel. Good: shower was nice and clean, sinks clean, room was clean etc. There was always great coffee in the lobby. Very nice places to sit and do work since we had no internet in the room. The breakfast was just so so."
