The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given ...

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
From the outside, the hotel is pretty good. Once inside you can see the lack of cleanliness. Looks like they are remolding and have a done a terrible Job at it. Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino
Breakfast was very mid and the place didn’t match what was advertised to be honest. The amenities were good but the rooms themselves were more like a motel room instead of a hotel room. TheThe price didn’t match the rooms. Wouldn’t recommend.
