"Check-in and check-out were easy processes. Parking is available, but limited. It was a little disappointing that the vending and ice machines did not work on each floor, but the quality service made up for it. The layout of the rooms were nice. We didn't have the best view, but that didn't bother us, because we weren't there for that. We would definitely stay there again."

"This is the second time we stayed here. We will be moving to WV in the coming months and, if we need a place to stay for a few days, this would be our first choice. We stayed in Room 201 and the only suggestion I have is to install a slow-close closer on it so it doesn't slam shut when used."

"This place gets worse every year. We try holding on to what was once special but this is going to be our final visit. The golf course has taken the back seat to the casino and the casino is poorly done / managed. The place has become a trap for retirement and social security cash grab. "

"Everything was great. Our A/C went out the first night. The quickly upgraded us to a better room. They even double checked to see if it was satisfactory. A+ for the staff's attention to our situation."
