Only good thing about this motel is downtown location. Facilities are very old and tired. Outdoor pool is closed and is awful looking. Walls are thin and noisy. Feel bad for the housekeepers trying to make the rooms look acceptable. Free breakfast is the worst I have seen in some time. Have a good breakfast somewhere else downtown.

First off Parking was not good, you may have to walk all the way around the building from the back, just heads up. It’s an older building and so the appearance is a bit rough and the elevator was in bad shape- it needs to be serviced so as not to shake THAT bad on landings! Our room was mostly clean except for the bed, being on an older frame, meant under the bed was exposed and not vacuumed clean. There was also hair in the shower. Staff was nice although having to walk past them smoking AT the only front door was unpleasant. We were too tired not to stay and the bed WAS clean, but we won’t stay again. Sorry Ramada.

Well got there at 12:30am on 8/3/26 but lady at the reception refused to checked me in till I paid another night claiming check in time start at 3pm mind you I paid from 8/3/26 - 8/7/26. But has to pay $112 on 8/3/26 then check in back that morning and that was craze and very disappointing cause I called them earlier to let dem know I will arrive early and was told I could do early check in but I felt they took advantage of me knowing I was stranded. Apart from the staff who checked me in that night I think the others are cool. Room and services were okay.

Staff was not rude, but not a good fit for the hospitality industry. Trains, sirens, and a broken wine bottle outside the side exit were just some of the highlights. I left a couple hours after checking in and stayed at a rest area down the road. That felt safer.

Was assigned to a third floor room facing the railroad (which I requested being a railfan) Room was clean and comfortable. It had the usual heat/AC unit below the room window but with a thermostat on the wall. The AC worked very well. The hotel needs to hire a window cleaning contractor as the exterior of the room window was very dirty, looked like it hadn't

Check-in and check-out were easy processes. Parking is available, but limited. It was a little disappointing that the vending and ice machines did not work on each floor, but the quality service made up for it. The layout of the rooms were nice. We didn't have the best view, but that didn't bother us, because we weren't there for that. We would definitely stay there again.
