"Staff knocked on the door loudly at 10am waking us up and never explained why they knocked when we answered (checkout is at 12pm) then they knocked and opened our door at 11am asking when we were checking out. Disrupted our sleep."

"After staying in a boutique hotel in Paris, the room was large and spacious. We had a balcony facing the Mediterranean which was an added bonus. Yhe cleaning staff took care of our room daily and the bar on site was very nice to have. Check- in is 3 pm. They will hold your bags if you arrive early. The promenade is acrisssthe highway with seating, rental bikes and restaurants. There are restaurants galore near the hotel."

"This is a charming hotel. Excellent location, close to promenade, lots of restaurants around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. I felt safe walking there in the evening. All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it"

"Room had a bed and 1 very small table with 2 chairs. No furniture with counter tops. Only place to place items was on the floor. Also the small refrigerator was locked. Even after requesting access, no one came to unlock. Great view, crappy room, high cost."

"La Villa Promenade was the perfect location to stay for our time in Nice. Convenient access to the airport by tram, and train to Monaco as well. Literally a block from the beach, they provided towels as well. Near many beach clubs and the main streets with a ton of cafés, shops, restaurants. It was on a street that was quiet though, and felt very safe. Walking distance from Old Town Nice, and very accessible e-bikes as well. The room was very spacious and we had an ocean view. "Very central, with a clean room. For the price, this is a great central location with clean, functional rooms and helpful staff. There are no in-room safes, but they do provide a kettle and toiletries.
We were on the same floor as the small dining area, which wasn't a problem but could be if you are sensitive to muted noise. I would have liked an additional lock on the door as we were next to the dining facilities. For the price and location, I would stay here again."
