"Stayed here for 2 nights .lovely hotel very clean .all staff were very helpful and friendly .hotel is very central to everything .few mins walk to the beach and bus to Palma centre only €2 .lots of choice for breakfast .air con was not on when I was there so the room was very warm .the pillows are not very comfortable.no tea or coffee in the room but kettle was available from reception."

"I only stayed at this hotel for 1.5 nights , 1 full day due to my return flight being cancelled at the gate at midnight so it's difficult to review. The El CID where I stayed for 5 nights was far nicer and in a much better location with lovely views and good selection of tasty food, on the beach, sea view, definitely recommend EL CID HOTEL. EXCELLENT! Rooms with sea view/balcony, very clean, spotless and tastefully decorated/interior . "
