Good basic value option. Great location

Good value option. Pillows were the only thing I could really fault, and they should warn customers beforehand that towels are not included, but otherwise, clean and basically comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly and helpful. Wifi is only in the reception, not in the rooms.

Right location, functional.

The check-in staff were flat out and we arrived early as had transferred from another local hotel however they managed to have our room ready within a few hours and called to notify. The rooms are very basic, no double beds in ours or other rooms we saw, single lounges with fold out single mattress under each one. The table folds down from the side of the wall. The heating doesn't really work however if you ask the reception nicely they'll give you extra blankets. While cranking the heat right up doesn't achieve any warming effect, it does dry the air out terribly making you feel rotten. The week we were there it seems the cleaners only work on Saturdays, there was junk all through the floors of the lifts which was there all week until Friday afternoon. There is no ski-in ski-out, you have to walk out the back of the hotel with your gear on icy concrete/snow/ice and up the street. if you have hire ski's i suppose you can cruise down the street on them but don't do ti in your own as there is grit down under the small amounts of snow and you'll tear up your boards/ski's. Ce n'est pas mal...

Le personnel est très aimable, sympathique et efficace. Le studio n'est pas très bien conçu - les lits sont en face du coin cuisine - si un enfant dort (plus tôt que les adultes), il est dérangé par les bruits de casserolles, eau...etc. En plus il n'y a aucune séparation de l'espace! On a vu dbien mieux - ex. Le Temple du soleil. Il manque des couvercles et autres ustensiles dans la cuisine.
