"Extremely rude staff. Don’t have a clue about customer service. They never check the messages on Expedia. Waited in line for over an hour to check in. Spend your money at a real hotel. Awful!"

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
"The staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The hotel is right across from penn station which made it convenient to take the subway and train station. The only downside I would say is having purchase their breakfast add on. They have a diner onsite and I assume we were getting at ..."
