Firstly the staff were lovely BUT the ocean view pool villa was nothing like the photos on Expedia. The photos show a beautiful view from the villa and the pool, we got the villa with another building straight in front that blocked the view, very deceiving photos. Also building works going on all day, 112 steps down to the beach and restaurants, 63 steps up to the road. We did not know about the steps so this limited our outings, not recommended for older people like ourselves.

Everything about Sanctuary Villas is spectacular. The view was out of this world, I could have spent the whole time just looking out the window. Easy walk down to the deck for dining options, very well stocked kitchen (and fridge), and the pool in the courtyard was perfect, great temperature to spend hours in the pool with the kids. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and organized our transfers to and from the mainland which went so smoothly. We will definitely return to this villa when we are next in Lembongan. Huge thank you to the wonderful staff

My stay at Sanctuary Villas was PERFECT from start to finish. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, so helpful and polite, every staff member I met during my stay here was absolutely wonderful. The villa itself, well, WOW. I stayed in villa 5 and the view was out of this world. The villa itself is huge, and very well equipped. You are only a few minutes walk down to plenty of restaurant options and the beach is only a couple of minutes away. This was an incredible stay and if I am ever lucky enough to come back to Bali, I will stay here again!

景観が残念

快適ですが目の前に新たな建物が建設されて景観が悪くなっています。 大きな荷物を持ってのアクセスは苦痛でしょう。 清潔に保たれていますが、ゴキブリはいました。

Amazing stay in Nusa Lembongan

The apartment with the plunge pool was amazing, relaxing and comfortable with all you need for a short or long stay in Nusa Lembongan. Staff were attentive and friendly but also left you to enjoy your stay witb your family. It was so close to many places to eat, the beach, and shops. There was also an excellent delivery service or a pick up/drop off service from many restaurants around the island. Lots of great advice was given during your stay and you could also book activities through the apartment. Would highly recommend Lembongan Sanctuary Villas to stay. Transfers to and from Bali were flawless. Great place, great people on a beautiful island.

My wife and I stayed at Lembongan Sanctuary Villas for 7 days and found it very hard to leave. The view is breathtaking and the service is excellent! Cheers Shane

We overall had a nice stay at the property, and I would love to give it a higher review, but a couple of things were disappointing. We had the room with the infinity pool that you see in their marketing, but the view is now partially blocked by a new construction (I had been dreaming of the original view for months!). Speaking of which, it was disconcerting to be told when we checked in that there would be noise from the construction, which was feet away from the end of our balcony, and that we could cancel through Expedia and book somewhere else if we wanted. If they anticipated a problem, I wish we had been told ahead of time so we could have made an informed decision, not at 6:30 PM after a long day of travel. In reality, the construction noise was not a concern as we spent the days exploring, but it would have been if we had wanted to just relax at the property during the day. Also, it did not bother us, but others might take issue with the condition of the villa - lots of wear and tear on the furniture, rust, strained/thread-worn towels, etc. It has definitely been "well-loved" since the property was built and could benefit from a remodel/refresh.

Ours was a beautiful ocean view villa with a private plunge pool. We were a bit disappointed as we thought we'd be getting infinity pool but does not exist. Beautiful surroundings but...... the stairs are a killer. 200 odd stairs 😐 okay going down to beach but getting back up wasn't good. I don't recommend for people not fit

Lembongan Sanctuary Villas was a fabulous property. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and welcoming. They helped us with scooter hire and a few other things on our stay. The room we had was absolutely amazing although our view was particially obstructed as another hotel had built a ridiculous roof right infront of ocean view the staff were so apologetic and it wasnt even their fault. We appreciated their honesty. The villa was awesome comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this property great location and the staff made our stay! Thank you

LSV was a wonderful place to stay in Lembognan! The view from our villa was stunning! Gede was so helpful and accommodating as well as all the staff. Just a note, there are lots of stairs to climb up and down to the beach, but we didn't mind the extra workout :) Would highly recommend LSV to anyone visiting the island!

The management told us on arrival that there was construction and it might be noisy and they would refund if we weren’t satisfied. The new building directly in front of our now built out ocean view, not what the pictures showed. Jackhammers and drop saws. Within 10 mins we said no as per the instructions of the manager Janu didn’t cancel but sought refund. The manager then left the island and denied a complete refund kept $350 and we had to find another place to stay at double the price. So exhausted after a full day of travel and then to fight with the management to try and get our money back. The worst deceitful and dishonest situation we have had in 40 years of travelling…. The 200 stairs from the bottom of the hill didn’t help. I would not give these people the time of day absolutely awful and didn’t reply to any request from Expedia to supply a written acknowledgment of the agreement we had when we arrived. Terrible terrible experience

Loved our stay! They made it really easy to get mopeds, were quick to respond to anything we needed and the views were stunning! Easy enough to walk or moped to anywhere on the island. We would love to come back someday!

Absolutely loved our stay. Villa is perfect, stunning view and so clean. The staff are wondeful and go above and beyond- we highly recommended Sanctuary Villas. As it states there are stairs- and lots of them.

Amazing views and spacious apartment. Brilliant service from cleaners and other staff. Apartment is a little run down but still beautifully clean.

The manager Janu, and his front desk manager Gede, were terrific to deal with, exceptionally accommodating. I only have 2 complaints. First is the villa, we had a 1 bedroom private villa..we were on the first floor, absolutely not what I expected, pretty butthurt about that. Atleast could have given us the upper level. Especially because we only stayed 2 nights, would have been a nice gesture and we would have enjoyed the villa that much more. My second issue was the restaurant at the bottom of the steps. Food was good, but the service was terrible, I have had better service at a McDonald's than that, pathetic. Not necessarily on the hotel, but they do provide you with their menu and information in your room, so they must be affiliated. Thanks
