Surprised vaping was allowed at the Bar in total disregard of the law.
Breakfast was minimal, sausage (one) was undercooked and bacon (one rasher) more fat than meat. Half a mushroom, a tablespoon of beans and a greasy hash-brown completed the meal. The Buffet for the Wake was also very poor standard considering the cost of the accommodation. Overall very disappointed.

The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice ...

We had a fantastic stay. A lovely location, warm and attentive hosts and superb breakfast options. Continental or cooked breakfast, and home baked muffins if you fancy. Highly recommend!
