"Just disappointed the bathroom is shared for all rooms and was not advertised as such . If you are a senior , be aware of steps to some bedrooms which are basically in basement ."

"We have stayed at many hotels and motels in Niagara Falls over the years and this hotel is by far the best we have stayed at. The room was exactly as advertised. Parking was close and priced reasonably compared to the others in the area. Dining options are plenty and within walking distance. The noise level is also low compared to others we have stayed at, but it was a weekday so maybe that was factor to consider."

"My family of 4, which consists of 2 older teenagers, really enjoyed the property. We would have rated it 5 stars, but our room had a slow draining shower and when we ran out of toilet tissue and called house keeping it was never delivered so I had to go to the front desk and get it delivered there. I knew of the $35 self parking fee from other reviews so that wasn't a surprise. Overall we really enjoyed the property and the location was excellent."

"There was no drinking water jugs in the room or at the reception. We had to buy drinking water bottles from market for water."

"The room was very clean and functional. Beds were good although mattress was a bit soft. Mirrors were great with their lighting and heating. Having a fridge was very helpful. Parking was perfect, and only a short walk to Fallsview casino. Overall, this accommodation was an excellent value for a clean room and good location."

"The only hot items for the included continental breakfast are toasts and pancakes. If you came in later in the day to check in, there may not be temporary parking spots available for you to park to check in. Instead, you may have to park in the overflowing lot in the back across the street. These are the two draw backs that I felt were disappointing."

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls."
