"Room was gros, not cleaned. We arrived at 3:40pm and our room was not ready. Most upsetting was that we were located on the ground floor l, facing the falls, and the sliding door that was not able to lock. It had a bar, but it easily could be moved and there was a gap between the actual door and frame. All night we could hear the door jiggling. We had the front desk girl come and take a look. She told us that is how it locks and that they had no other rooms. It was around 11pm when we noticed (as we had been out most of the day and stayed late at the SKy Tower to watch the fireworks). They stated they don’t use that Walk Policy. We were 2 women with a 4 year old. We did not sleep and left the hotel very early. Would not go back. Poor quality and service for the price."

"Best for a traveller who wants to retreat for a weekend : walking distance to Clifton hill entertainment area and the falls. Free parking and wifi are the most convenient features in the surrounding area. Strongly recommend."

"There was a bad smell in the hallways and room smelled like chlorine/bleach. No closet, no coffee machine, room with ice machine smelled like urine etc. Only reason I rated it poor was because we were only there for one night and were hardly in the room but to sleep."
