"Terrible experience. The bathroom light was out, making it nearly unusable. The faucet was broken and barely functional. There were ants crawling around the kitchen and mosquitos in the bathroom, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Worst of all, the sheets were stained — completely unacceptable. Website said checkout at 12pm. The front desk was banging on my door at 11am that we needed to leave. Would not recommend staying here."

We were welcomed like family and when the time came to leave we parted like best friends. Subtle yet simple, this is an unlikely place for the posh crowd, rather this is the place for unassuming travelers, who take genuine interest in everything local. It is the place for those who value true down-to-earth luxury with no hint of opulence and appreciate how remarkably affordable it can be. And we loved the architecture! Rarely you find such respect for the environment, such consideration for guests' privacy, such clever landscaping and functional layout that will keep you marveling day-in day-out, is this genius or what? The location is convenient and quiet, off the busy road but very close to main routes, a short walk to Nydri town and KTEL bus stop. The views in Lefkada are truly exquisite, you are so spoilt for choice that even your postcard view from the terrace will seemingly become all too ordinary over the course of your stay. "The hotel is in the best location in the middle of Lefkada city around shops and restaurants and the marina. Big negative point that you are unable to access the hotel with any car, or park there , and you must walk to reach it from a public - usually full- parking. Service is above and beyond, the ladies ate all there to help and please. Very nice experience would ho back."
