"I love the cleanliness of my room everytime I stay."

"Before booking I asked if the pool was open. Nothing was said about a limit of swimmers. The pool was completely vacant. My room key stopped working. I had to go to the office. I was told next time if I booked that my room I had only allowed 2 swimmers. That my ID would be blocked from booking again, if more swimmers were present. Debris was on the bottom of the pool. Broken pool noodles in the pool and floatation blow up device. Dirty towels left on the table, trash on another table with shoes underneath. The bar made decent money off of the other adults with me."

Expedias call center said it takes 24 hours to process a reservation and did not notify me of this. We tried to check-in with an Expedia reservation at 22 hours The call center was difficult to deal with"

"When I first arrived I had to wait about 15 minutes to be waited on due to the desk manager working on something in another room. When I arrived to my room I found a little trash, beer bottle caps by the window , when utilizing the sink in the rest room the water went through the pipes to the floor, the refrigerator was cool (not cold at all) and was leaking water. I called the front desk and reported it, he stated he could move me to another room, I said no we have already unpacked and just need it fixed. He came up and looked at both and saw the light around the mirror of the sink was out as well and nothing was changed, refrigerator was still leaking and the sink was still leaking as well. Overall, the room was clean as well as the rest room. You would think something would have been knocked off the hotel price, but it wasn’t. I was very disappointed."

"We definitely enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and while the breakfast selection was small, everything was fresh and enjoyable. There’s not much nearby in terms of restaurants or attractions, but the location felt safe and was a good spot for a relaxing stay."
