Water pressure in the shower was weird - shower was a trickle and the faucet was blasting even with the knob completely up for the shower. Mattress was VERY firm. Convenient location close to the dock. Room/bathroom were very clean.

They are renovating. Great price for a beautiful location. It was nice to have access to a kitchen to use. There is also a bbq, play are for kids and fire pit to use. Each unit has out door furniture as well. Would definitely stay again.

Room : clean. Staff: helpful. Kitchen: common for guests : Easy to access , next to office door. Laundry: Lady came on time. Overall, it was good experience. Improvement needed: The chair and table outside the room are not clean, old furniture and easily broken if you sit for long or put little heavy items on it.

the pictures on the expedia don’t accurately display where the property is. it is not located on the water and you can’t see it from property. motel is old and dated. comforter appeared dirty with stains and i would bring your own pillow they were quite flat. the shower was either freezing or boiling hot, getting it to an in between was near impossible. ac in the room was great. parking was pretty poor, witnessed few people almost back into or hit others vehicle's. overpriced for what you get. the artwork in the room was nice. wifi works great as there is limited cell service in this area.

A wonderful surprise

It looked like someone has worked very hard to make this old motel a nice place. It’s not posh but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back if I were not just passing through.

It's a very quiet place. Facilities looks old but they are functional and clean. The bed is comfortable. There is also a common room with fridge and microwave oven so that you can prepare a simple meal. It's a good place where you can rest your body.

Five Star Staff and Peaceful Stay

A geeat place. Lovely staff. Front desk gentleman was a very very very nice staff memeber. There was a kitchen available to make coffee and save my food in fridge. Microwave was very handy. I took the cruise right across the street. Very quiet and peaceful stay.

The Capricorn was in a beautiful location right on the water. This hotel was fairly well kept. The exterior was lovely and well maintained. The inside was dated, yet tidy. The room did have a bit of a musty smell but completely tolerable. The staff that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. I think this motel has great potential with some minor upgrades.

Nice location near the river. Wasn't the best mantained motel. tub filled up with water when showering. The TV got alot of channels, only problem you have to select each one manually to see what on it. Very time consuming and frustrating. Staff was very friendly.

On my opinion the price rate is not suitable to the stand of the property like the bathroom floors are creaking. airconditioner are hard to manage the controls. Amenities are not perfect it is good we bring our own. Internet does not have a strong connection. One thing good the staff are friendly.
