"This is a budget motel. If you go with low expectations, it will be fine. We found the staff to be very accommodating to our every request, which made the difference for us. However, the whole place needs a facelift. The kitchenette was ok once we received a kettle, toaster, dish towel and cloth, new scrubby, and coffee for the coffeemaker. However, these things should have been provided at the outset. Also needed are some new linens and a new carpet. There is a bit of highway noise but it didn't keep us from getting a good sleep. We asked for, and received an upstairs room with no pet history, so no pet smells in our room, but if you have trouble with stairs, you will need a ground floor room."

"Appalling how dirty this place was. Ants crawling and dead all over the room. Pool was so disgusting our kids were even too grossed out to go in. Toothpaste on bathroom counters. Dont think the floors have been cleaned in several weeks if at all. "

"Had a room with a balcony facing the lake. It was nice to sit in the afternoon sunshine and with coffee in the morning listening to the birds in the sanctuary. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good."

"The hotel is old and the common areas need a remodel. There is no decor in the common areas, it gives the impression of an abandoned hotel. It doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel at all. It is dirty! There is dirt on the floors of the hallways and the room. Pool is small for the size of the hotel. Lastly, the reception and entrance areas smell like fried food all the time. I would never go back to this place. "

"If you are along where the pool is get a second floor room. Pipes in our ceiling were clanking all night on the first floor"

"Clean room, quite exactly what I was looking for time alone . Very peaceful. Night walk was very nice thru the village . Not breakfast but fruit , tea n coffee was available. Would go again yes . "
