Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
La struttura, che pur ha delle potenzialità a cominciare dalla posizione centrale e dalla vista panoramica sulla piazza, non è gestita al meglio: scarsa pulizia, disordine, servizio in camera insufficiente. L'appartamento è datato e trascurato. Attenzione al cliente tutto sommato non all'altezza, malgrado la gentilezza della titolare nel rimediare a seguito di una mia lamentela. Il business dell'ospitalità va curato con amore e nei dettagli, non si improvvisa.
