Alessandra is absolutely amazing! The check-in was easy and Alessandra was super helpful. The place is very clean, AC works great. I loved my stay there.

This a more like upscale hostel in an office building. Communication is via WhatsApp - checkin is rather complicated as they referred to a yellow room which we couldn’t find and it turned out they meant Room 1. Keys are stored in security box which was a bit outdated. We booked full breakfast but never were served breakfast. Please be aware there is constant noise until 2-3 am in the morning even if you close windows. The only advantage is that it is walking distance from the old city centre.
