The room was very nice with a really, really nice shower. It was clean and comfortable. There was a palazzo right outside the door. We were on the 4th floor which is where the check in desk is located. Our room was right near the desk so we heard the door buzzing often during the day as well as people talking while checking in. We definitely recommend it as the price was good. If you have a car, call ahead and ask where to park as it’s only 2 Euros.

Stay at Astoria Supreme - Modern Boutique Suites

As we had a late flight and problems getting a taxi from the airport we struggle to find our accommodation, however the reception staff were on call to help, which was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, whenever we needed advice. Overall the hotel was what I expected for a city trip, the room was basic, it had a fridge, hairdryer and a nice touch in bathroom of filled shower and shampoo containers (I didn’t need to use those). My one criticism would be not having a kettle to make a hot drink, although you had a voucher to get a drink for breakfast, it would’ve been nice to have a hot drink before leaving the room or to use during the day/evening. The hotel is situated on the fourth floor of a building, with rooms covering the third and fourth floor. There is a small lift, which worked very well. In terms of location, it was very central, with easy access of local shops and bars. We had a room located at the back of hotel but I’m sure if you had a room at the front, you could look out over the square.

Awful!

The only thing about this place is the location. It in on the most square. But; firstly it is very hard to find the apartment there is no signal about the facility. also when you are checking it is said that "boutique hotel". but it is really a B&B. also breakfast is from a cafe nearby just a coffee and a pastry. nothing is more. (for this price it is expensive for this season) Rooms are very noisy. Always there is a door sound. AC is awful. İt is cold or hot. You can not stabil your room tempreture. You have to wait alot for hot water. It is hard to reach! Check out time is 10.00 ! It is the first time i have ever seen this for a such faciliy! If you want to leave your luggage they want extra money per hours. Don't choose if you are staying in Lecce more than one day.

Pros: New Room and awesome bathroom Cons: Obnoxious policies and staff. They changed towels every 3 days (which I suppose is a norm for some B&Bs). After 2 days I went and requested an extra towel set, I was charged eur – business is business, I understand. However, after 3 days, they did not give me new towels, when I asked for my towels, I was told that I already got them yesterday for $8 and I don’t need them again 😊. I could not believe it. I asked to get * refund, Front desk got quite and gave me another set. Air conditioner is another issue, it preset at 23c, which is about 75F and could not keep up. It would take 3hr or so to get room to 75F, they also told us we need to keep all doors closed, including bathroom for AC to work. They would not provide you with second plastic key, so every time you need to leave a room, you have to take key with you, which shuts down AC and person in the room is getting really hot. They don’t provide instructions on how and when turn AC back on (there is an almost invisible button at the top of thermostat) Location is good for being in the center, however, we had various street artists play under our window every night until midnight, was pretty loud Overall, I am very dissatisfied, primarily with AC and KEY policies. Owners are really trying to save money on electricity, but it makes customers miserable, have the time I spent in my room where temps were in high 90s F. I paid good money for this room which was advertised with AC, I

Would never stay here again. Abysmal service ready to scam Americans, and I have stayed in similar accommodations in Italy and Croatia. There were a number of issues. First, when I emailed them through Expedia no one replied, message is still unanswered. Second, there is absolutely no indication of how to check in. They own part of a 4th floor in a regular apt building. They never tell you reception is on 4th floor or how to buzz in or anything. I had to go to every floor in the building to figure out where they actually were. Very frustrating to wander around with suitcases on the main square, and not know if you need to lug them up. No idea how people check in when no one is at reception. Third, once I checked in they wanted to take half my towels, because I was not staying with a partner...and said if I wanted to keep them it was 10 Euro. Im paying for the room and they knew I was one person ahead of time. They also advertise that they have AC. They have something that looks like AC that they turn off any chance they get. The room was incredibly stuffy in early July, and even when they do turn it on, it still doesn't work. Icing on the cake was asking reception to order a taxi to the train station. Had a very early train. Was told a cab would pick me up, was given cab phone number. In the morning no cab and no one answering the phone. Had to run to the station to make it. The room itself is fairly clean and in a good location but expect the absolute bare minimum.

Il personale non è all’altezza della struttura. Addebito su carta notevolmente superiore al costo della camera. Storno avvenuto solo il giorno dopo il pagamento, quando avrebbero dovuto stornare immediatamente l’addebito ed addebitare un nuovo importo. Nessuna richiesta di scuse. Storno avvenuto dopo il sollecito. Il costo del supplemento per il cane era stato indicato di 10 euro al telefono, in realtà ho pagato 15 euro. Poca attenzione ai dettagli, camera angusta e non adeguata a tre persone adulte. Scarsa professionalità del personale. In generale non ho mai alloggiato in un albergo con personale così poco preparato, e sono una persona che viaggia moltissimo per lavoro e per piacere. In una parola in adeguato e non soddisfacente le aspettative.
