"Beautiful gardens"

"The hotel was the perfect location if you want to be just two blocks off of lower Broadway. This is very convenient for walking however, you will also hear the music in your room, especially on the higher floors like we did when there was an outdoor concert on the Friday night. We had a great time with the hotels, a little worn and dated, but the staff was excellent and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!"

"The property is nice and new. I didn’t like paying for the parking. There was someone smoking weed in the elevator. And, the key didn’t work initially. And, patrons were loud in the hall and it sounded like there was no soundproofing in the ceiling. I think the hotel is new and nice, but they have some work to do establishing boundaries with some of their guests."

"Was very disappointed with this stay. I don’t normally take time to write a negative review, but this is not a “budget hotel”. The value simply isn’t there with this hotel. The lobby & bar are nice, but the rooms are so lackluster. The shower pressure was so poor the water wouldn’t reach the middle of the standard size tub. It gave me the worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel! The bedding was horrible (thinnest pillows I’ve seen) and most of all, the room got EXTREMELY hot, which makes it impossible to sleep. I had the thermostat set on 60 degrees, which kept it plenty cool but only while it ran for a few minutes. As soon as it kicked off, it somehow immediately got super hot again. The thermostat wasn’t operating correctly, so I couldn’t keep the fan running constantly. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Next time we have an early flight, I will be staying at the Hilton"

"Great city view, clean, and good size for 1-2 people for a long weekend. Reasonably well stocked with basic dishes, dishwasher & laundry supplies. Our unit was like the picture of smaller units (main picture shows a bigger unit). There was some noise - could hear the cheers of the pedal/drinking buses - but not too bad and really nice to be close to but not on the “Honky Tonk” highway. Bring eye mask & earplugs if you are sensitive. Staff was nice - don’t expect VIP perks not a hotel. Good location- very walkable! Elevator if accessibility is an issue. There was an outdoor pool, hot tub and gym."

"Staff was nice & very friendly. Only had one issue their, didn't have my Double Queen size bed room i booked. Front desk upgraded me to a Suite on the 1st Floor. King size bed was to low to the ground and you can tell it was an older mattress. Very uncomfortable. Would of been nice to get the room I actually booked. The restaurant on 1st floor had a good Breakfast Buffet with a great cook to order omelet station. Overall, not bad but personally probably want book here again."

"If you are flying the hotel is great but not good for anything else. The traffic the parking the weird elevators put a damper on the stay."

"We only stayed one night, the check in was quick and easy, I was given my Hilton Honors gift, the room was comfortable and large. Breakfast was good."
