"The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the beach, the train station, and the main shopping and dining areas of Nice. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the shower was fantastic—a big plus for me.
The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Nice."

"Very well located by the "Promenade", as well as the Place Massena/soppinng district and Old Town, all of which within walking distance, this big property is convenient. The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. The rooftop has superb views, but again would need some renovation (showers, access, bar etc). The gym is small and under-equipped. The spa was closed when I stayed there...

"The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are great. Most of the staff was very friendly. There were two instances when walking back into the hotel after a day out that staff members approached and asked me what I was doing there and where I was going. "The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. To have rooms only accessible by stairs and not offer assistance with luggage to the elevator is ridiculous. I left a bag of take out I had put in the hallway for trash and it sat there outside...
