"Pros-the property and rooms were clean Staff members were professional, attentative, helpful, hard working and polite at all times Good quality of food and night shows (ABBA was spectacular!) Cons - the gym is small and lacks toilet facilities. Lack of designated spaces for smokers, therefore we were exposed to second hand smoking! Lack of recycle receptacles in rooms and throughout the property."

"The welcome at Awali was excellent. The all inclusive starts when you arrive regardless of check-in time and it ends when you leave even if you checked out the room hours before. "The cleaning service was not very good and staff was not helpful. The prices for food are very high and there is no other restaurant closer to resort. You will have to eat there unless you travel 30-45 mins away. They charge 7 percent for money exchange as well. Basically anything you want nothing is going to come out with some kind of fees."
