"This is a nice, newer property inside the restricted area at Mont St. Michel. Shuttle stop is nearby along with several restaurants. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Only downside was lack of an elevator."

"Make sure you get the code for the parking. You need to stop at the Relais before you cross the bridge. They just check you in and give you a map. You need to get the map at reception of Les Terrace. It’s confusing but eventually you get there. It was fun staying on the island."

"We had a wonderful stay and found the accommodation perfect for our family. The staff are very friendly and welcoming thankfully speaking English (although also very patient with my terrible French!). The pool area was a great addition which my kids enjoyed. We also enjoyed the short walk to the harbour town of Concale on an evening. Thanks for a great holiday."

"La Mère Poulard is the best hotel in Mt. Saint Michel. The Bay view room in the old historic building is spacious, comfortable and well equipped and has a renovated bathroom. Breakfast is good but the restaurant is in other building located 200 meters and 100 stair steps from the rooms (in Mt. Saint Michel all streets have lots of stairs but distances are quite short. I spend two nights with my wife and enjoyed the visit very much."

Mercure Mont Saint Michel

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Mont Saint Michel. The location is excellent and makes visiting Mont Saint-Michel incredibly convenient. The shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get to the abbey. Our room was clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, and the bathroom was particularly impressive—modern, spacious, and fantastic overall. The hotel’s restaurant is also very convenient and offers a great selection of dishes. The only downside for us was that the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable hotel with a great location, especially if you’re planning to visit Mont Saint-Michel. Highly recommended!"
