It was a mistake to book this hotel via Hotels.com. The same hotel is 50% cheaper when booked via Accor directly. Contrary to what the Hotels.com app indicates at the booking, it is not possible to use one's one key credit for this hotel

Bra hotell att rekommendera

Rent och trevligt hotell lite i utkanten av Nancy .passade oss bra då vi har hund , kunde bara gå över gatan till ett litet skogsområde. Rent och fint med sjön säng fräscht badrum. Gillade att det fanns restaurang och frukostbuffé med bra mat . Kan absolut rekommendera !

Wir hatten ein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr gut und auch preiswert. Das Hotel liegt in einer Industriezone, was den Vorteil hat, dass man dort einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat, daher hier nur 4 Sterne.

Prima hotel voor korte stop.

We hebben hier een overnachting geboekt. Vriendelijk personeel, goed dat je na 12.00 uur elk moment kan inchecken. Kamers zijn goed en netjes. Parkeerplaats mooi groot, hek van de parkeerplaats gaat 's nachts niet dicht.

Très bon séjour. L’hôtel était très bien placé, trés propre. Le personnel était trés sympa et serviable. La chambre trés propre. Le,petit déjeuner était inclus et parfait. Bref, je recommande vivement.

Ne vous fiez pas à l'aspect extérieur béton d'un autre âge. L'hôtel a été refait à neuf. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées même s'il manque une bouilloire. Toutefois, l'hôtel propose une fontaine d'eau fraiche et chaude et des dosettes de café à disposition. Le seul bémol pourvles premières chambres du rez-de-chaussée subissent le bruits des discussions des fumeurs face à la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel.

Bon établissement, du niveau « ibis styles » sauf qu’il manque l’accès à Canal+. Bon petit déjeuner. J’ai testé le restaurant 1 fois dans la semaine, rien à redire (et cela dépanne bien de l’avoir sur place).

Mon séjour c'est bien passé, la chambre rien à dire, tout était correct. En ce qui concerne la restauration, lors de mon diner, la personne qui était au service aurais bien eu besoin d'aide. Mais dans la globalité tout était parfait.

Hotel rénové, matériel et literie corrects. par contre Accueil compliqué obligé de rechercher la personne, le personnel semble devoir effectuer plusieurs taches. Lors d'un séjour de plusieurs nuits la chambre n'est pas faite, sous prétexte de la Covid et du bien-être des clients....Dixit un petit mot dans la chambre.............aucun dixit quant à une baisse de prix par voie de conséquence.........
