"I stayed for two nights. Overpriced resort with unimpressive service. WIFI signal is weak. No room cleaning during the two nights. Breakfast was extremely limited and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. Staff was not helpful, they seemed to be more interested to serve wedding party guests. This resort was more expensive then Indana Palace in Jodhpur, but the latter is 10 times better including much better staff and much better rooms. Stay away from this resort."

"Checkin was not smooth as the hotel said they have not received my booking and it took them several hours to find my booking. At checkout again the receptionist asked for room payment which was already paid during booking. Breakfast menu was very limited and not up to the mark in quality & taste. "

"The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was decent. The overall property also looks quite nice. However, I found it to be quite crowded and somewhat chaotic. There were also large tourist groups and company conferences happening at the same time, which made the experience harder to manage."

"I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd. We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it. The staff members were not helpful and were playing some sorta games all the time. I planned this for my parents but it was very bad experience. The area was good...

"Massiv place where most of it is empty and derelict. Not maintained and dirty. We had asked about the pool prior to our stay because this was the only reason for us staying there, and they told us it was available. Upon arrival we find it dirty and couldn't let the kids swim there.. We had one overnight stay in Jodhpur and it was a shame we wasted it in this hotel, and didn't stay at a hostel in the blue city.
