"All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, beginning with their offering to hold our luggage until we had found a place to park, to surprising us with champagne and some pastry on our first night (it was our 50th anniversary), to supplying our room with a microwave oven (at no charge) when we asked if there was one we could use for a few minutes, to so many smaller things. The room was a good size, and comfortable. Breakfast was not included and was rather expensive (though there was a relatively inexpensive excellent place half a block away). The only amenity I wish they had that they didn't was a pool."

"It was our first time in Montreal and we were very happy with the location. It was close to many of the places we were interested in visiting. The metro was a convenient walk away if we needed to travel a bit further. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was spacious and perfect for my husband who had mobility challenges. We appreciated having a kitchenette to prepare some of the meals and keep some of our groceries. The continental breakfast was well stocked and a great way to start our day. We would highly recommend staying here!"
