But the hotel was easy to use, easy to find, easy to book, reasonable cost and reasonable facilities. It will never be a 5-Star Hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be either! "My bedside light was broken, the button was loose and actually fell off. Also why no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, a basic level of service surely? No plug or USB point bedside, again i would expect this as standard in an Accor hotel. "
