"Lovely house, room and breakfast! Best sleep ever."

"Miniappartamento, di fatto (piccolo balcone, poltrone e minibar sulla scrivania, una cabina armadio molto ampia), che si è rivelato molto tranquillo nonostante fossimo in centro, con ampio parcheggio, a 10' a piedi da tutte le attrazioni della città e base perfetta per l'esplorazione del nord della Tasmania da Cradle Mountain al parco Freycinet. Soggiorno davvero piacevolissimo!"

"Very old property that needs some work. Room very small. To many stairs to climb. Windows rattly. Had to put paper in it."

"Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt...

"Nothing really negative or positive to report - just a normal stay really."

"The continental breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of goodies. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable."

"Spacious single private room and a comfortable bed for a great sleep. Good value."

"The property was lovely and not far from the center. We were surprised how steep the hill was."

"Room service meal a tad dry (stuffed chicken) and not hot but cannot fault anything else"

"Clean room and quiet"

"This is a great value hotel, close to town it's clean and Matthew was very helpful at reception. It's my second time staying here and I have no hesitation in coming back next time I'm in Launceston."

"No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it"

"Was informed reception was open until 6. Arrived at 4.45 to find ut had closed at 4. No contact from the hotel about how to access the pre-paid room. Neither of the telephone numbers given, including the emergency number, were answered. No response to my text message or email! Only after getting expedia involved was I able to get access to my room, 40 minutes after I arrived. No apology from the hotel, who have not even reached out about the situation. Awful service!"
