"This hotel is one of my favorites! Exquisitely clean, updated, year-round pool for the kids, mermaid tanks, and connected to a giant Bass Pro Shop. All the staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that the restaurants on site are mediocre and overpriced. "

"Staff was aggressive and trying to pressure timeshare presentation. Pool was closed 1 day. Terrible room service, and they rarely answered the phone if you needed something, would transfer you to voicemail."

"Fantastic. Only issue was there was some hair in the bathtub and the microwave didnt work. Gave us extra wristbands, and steak knives for the grills. Easy check-in with no hassle. Parking was a breeze with the parking garage. They gave us a plethora of towels too when we asked and accomodated us quickly and with no issues. Love that it doesnt smell like cigarettes and the pool has tubes! Free parking is a major plus. Will stay here from now on any trip to Vegas, hands down!"

"I was there for a soccer showcase so didn't really use the amenities but the property was nice and the 2 bedrooms were set-up nicely. There's a grocery store in CVS across the street, great if you want to cook meals in the room."

"I would never stay here again. I feel misled by the reviewers who rated this place “wonderful”. It’s not anywhere close to wonderful. It’s an aging property that suffers from either indifferent management or poor labor, or both. The carpet in the hallways needs to be stretched. It has huge bubbles. My 4-year old tripped twice. Our room wasn’t cleaned well. Cabinets not cleaned, drawers not cleaned out, bedding with stains, poor maintenance/cleaning in the shower area. Hallways smell like smoke, dirty carpets, poor wall paint/wallpaper repair. The pool area gets about 3 hours of direct sun. The pool deck is in poor repair, th gates are rusted out, the pool tiles haven’t been cleaned in ages. "
