"Staff was cold, flat and acted as if I was bothering them at the front desk when my key didn’t work on my room. As a non smoker, I didn’t like that I had to walk through the casino area, where smoking is allowed, to get to my room. Will not stay here again. Will not recommend!"

"The location is excellent, room is clean in contrast with the cold, cut and dry services from the checkin front desk lady to housekeeping staff. Several Breakfast choices nearby. I didn't have sentiment to try its casino after the cold check in service."
