It was the first time I had to check in on my own, and although someone helped me, they did so with a bad attitude. Once I had checked in and entered my room, the carpet looked dirty, and overall, the place did not have a pleasant appearance in terms of cleanliness.

Room arm chair and carpet was old and stained. Staff at Dominique Ansel café was beyond slow and uninvested which becomes difficult to tolerate when paying $11.00 for a croissant.
