People in charge for booking and reception were very helpful and kind. The hotel is quiet and spotless. The decor is very bright and modern. Bathroom with excellent lighting. The common lounge by the recption offer a nice area to rest or eat a take away bite. It also offers complimentary high quality teas.

En riktig pärla nära Las Canteras.

Mycket bra läge. Smakfullt inrett rum, skön säng. Mycket rent, praktiskt inrett, badrummet med dusch väldigt fräscht och snyggt. Värdefulla tips gavs på restauranger och caféer. Prisvärt.

Super nettes Personal, Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber !! Es herrscht nur bedingt durch die Lage des Hotels und Dichtung der Türen nie völlig Ruhe in der Nacht. Dafür nicht weit zum Strand und Party.

Erittäin siisti, hyvässä kunnossa ja hyvällä paikalla sijaitseva hotelli. Asiakaspalvelu ystävällistä. Aamiaistarjontaa ei hotellilla ollut, mutta saapumisen yhteydessä saatiin hyviä ravintolasuosituksia niin aamiaiselle kuin päivällisillekin. Ainut moitittava asia oli huono äänieristys niin ulkoa kuin naapurihuoneista.

Hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen, ihanan viihtyisä huone ja siisti. Ihan parhaat sängyt koskaan hotellissa. Hotellin yhteiset tilat myös sisustettu todella viihtyisästi ja rennosti. Kaunis kattoterassi. Aamiaiselle lyhyt kävelymatka rantakadun kahvila-leipomoon, edullinen ja aina tuoreet tuotteet. Ainoa miinus oli; huoneessa olisi voinut olla pienen pieni jääkaappi.

Disappointing

Over priced for a 3 star 'room only' hotel. Much better value elsewhere.I would not recommend the 'hotel' but Las Palmas is a lovely city & would recommend staying-just not at the Maresia.Because I felt it was overpriced for what was received, had to give a below average rating. Pros 1.Location is good,less than 1 min walk to Cantaras beach front 2.Superior room was an ok size but lacked drawer space(for staying a week) 3.Cleaned to a very good standard 4.Bed was large & comfortable 5.Large tv with netflix access(your own access/account) Cons 1.When you check in, its like you have to sign a 'contract' which includes among other things, not eating in your room 2.Also in 'contract' says content of your room is your own liability and there is a room safe-but fails to mention a charge of €3 to use it 3.There is no information in room-felt had to ask for things unnecessarily-ie. what time breakfast was, how to work tv/netflix, room safe, iron request-nothing clearly laid out and then some sneaky charges-i like things to be open & clear.The only info given when you check in is what to do when you check out?! 4.No irons in room-if you need one,a charge of €3 to have one sent to room 5.Huge confusion with breakfast-make sure you check its included before you book 6.Bathroom had no ventilation/opening windows. 7.Thin walls & hope your neighbours not too noisy 8.No aircon,ceiling fan only-ok in Dec,probably not so in hotter months

Kanarialaista tunnelmaa pohjoismaisella ilmeellä

Hotelliin oli mukava saapua, sillä vaikka vastaanotto oli jo suljettu, saimme ovikoodin ja huoneen avain odotti meitä sovitusti. Huone oli mukava, joskin kadulta ja muista huoneista kuului hieman melua. Talviaikaan emme kaivanneet ilmastointia, huoneessa ei ollut sellaista mutta kattotuuletin löytyi. Värit oli valittu pohjoismaisen vaaleaan sävyyn, ja kaikki oli siistiä. Aamiainen oli parin korttelin päässä, ihan meren rannalla sijaitsevassa aamiaispaikassa. Hotellin henkilökunta järjesti auton vuokrauksen pyynnöstämme, ja auto tuotiin meille ihan oven eteen, ja vuokrafirma myös sen siitä nouti vuokrauksemme päätyttyä. Parkkipaikkoja olikin muuten hankala löytää kaupungista, joten oli tosi kiva että näin toimittiin.

Estancia ideal en Las Canteras

Todo perfecto. Gema y Andrés muy amables y no ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy tranquilo y con una terraza para fumadores en la quinta planta. El establecimiento tiene una ubicacion privilegiada, con el Parque Santa Catalina a 10 mins a pie, multitud de zonas de ocio y restauración y está a dos pasos de la playa. Volvería por su magnífica relación calidad / precio.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und modern eingerichtet. Es verfuegt ueber eine gemuetliche, gedeckte Dachterrasse. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Rent og enkelt. Ingen aiecondition, men ikke nødvendig for oss da utetemp. var rundt 20.For kun et par netters opphold et billig og godt alternativ. Frokost, svært enkel en sådan, var inkludert og ble servert på en litt sliten og trist bar/café ved stranden.

Everything about the hotel was very nice- except the soundproofing between the rooms was lacking. The adjoining rooms TV woke us up both nights- the first night the person staying there was simply ignorant about it- they had it turned up VERY loud. The second night they played music all night, softly ,but enough to make our sleep uncomfortable.

Veldig hyggelig betjening. Hjemmekoselige arealer. Sentralt til det meste. Det eneste vi har å utsette er at det ikke var aircondisjon på rommet. Det var veldig varmt og vi måtte ha vinduene åpne mesteparten av tiden. Da ble det mye støy fra relativt mye trafikk i gaten utenfor rommet. Vi bodde i 3.etasje. Gode senger. God frokost på en kafe 2 kvartaler unna hotellet, ved stranden. Var veldig greit.

It was an amazing experience. This is a very cozy hotel in the middle of where everything is going on, you can walk everywhere. I didn’t go on a vacation but to a sad family situation and everyone that works in the hotel was caring, helpful, going out of their way to help us. I don’t have words of how much I appreciated their help and kindness. If we ever go back to Las Palmas, we know where we’ll stay!!

Bellissimo hotel! Camere ben arredate e con tutti gli accessori. Possibilità di accedere in terrazza, area fumatori e non, per potersi rilassare in tranquillità. Wi-Fi E Netflix incluso! Aquém das expectativas

Gostei do hotel: confortável, bem decorado, pessoal simpático, perto da praia. Não gostei: pequeno almoço (fraquinho) num café próximo do hotel, ausência de ar condicionado no quarto (a ventoinha do tecto não chega se estiver calor), dificuldade de estacionamento (mas o hotel sugeriu um parking próximo a um preço aceitável)
