The cleaning was excellent, three cleans in a 20 day stay, quickly and well done. The facilities were good, in good condition, smart and tidy. We had everything we needed. The space was adequate, a little more would have been nice. We didn’t work out the heating or air conditioning controls, but we were fine with the temperatures as they were. A comfortable stay in an interesting location.

Our stay was excellent! Checked in with manager who was very helpful, smooth, and very courteous, and offered many suggestions for things to do. The location was good, 5 minutes walk to the beach and eatery. Rooms were very ckeaned, spacious, modern and loved wall decorations. Balcony had street and ocean view from distance. Underground parking was clean and very bright I felt secured being there alone late at night. Will definitely stay there again. Kham

Clean modern spacious apartment in a great locatio

A very clean modern apartment in an excellent location just a short walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, and the Las Arenas shopping centre. The beds were really comfortable. It had all the necessary mod-cons, washing machine etc. The balcony was small but adequate for a table and 2 chairs. The only thing it lacked was a communal outside area (eg rooftop terrace).

The two bedroom apartments are spacious, clean and very well equipped. Bit of a walk to the beach if you’re not there for surfing. Front desk is very limited on service hours (mainly self check in/out ++), but the staff is _great_. So nice and helpful that it makes you feel like you’re in a small family run place when interacting with them. Very impressed by all of them (both housekeeping and front desk); accommodating and truly on the service side. Have stayed several times, will definitely return.

Very modern, bright and clean apartment with good facilities. Great location , close to the beach, restaurants and good transport links and walkable to many places. Check in is not straight forward and it would be nice to be greeted by a reception. Minimal supplies in the apartment so you have to buy some basics which isn’t ideal if only on a weeks holiday. No English TV channels which would have been nice on occasion.Overall great stay.

Ved ik hvad der sker inde i rum 402 men tror faldstammen er klistret op på værelset. Blev vækket flere gange af at andre i komplekset gik på toilettet. Faciliteterne var fine. Til en familie med to store børn ville jeg nok foretrække to badeværelser. Placeringen er fin - dog er udsigten meget begrænset (til byggeplads) Køkken er fint udstyret. Sengene fine. Det fungere fint med selv check-in men foretrækker nu mere den personlig kontakt og tryghed. Her føler man lidt at man er på egen hånd fordi man ik ser nogen. Hotellet er fint placeret i forhold strand og shopping. Fin mulighed for daglige indkøb tæt på. På min egen skala vil det nok få 7 ud af 10
