"This was an average hotel. The bathroom door didn't want to stay shut. My husband could hardly get the shower spigot to come on because it was stuck. There was no freezer in the fridge, which we needed. We set the thermostat for 68 overnight to keep it cool, and it cranked up to 76 on its own. I finally just shut it off. The breakfast was average. The location was quiet."

"Room was clean and staff were friendly. The big disappointment was that when we checked in, the front desk staff member told us the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Our room was also located on the 4th floor! We had to haul our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs on which someone had spilled coffee. Stairs weren’t very clean or well maintained. Obviously many guests staying on the 4th floor hadn’t used the stairs previously. No discount or anything was offered...

"The room was good, and had a nice bathroom. The breakfast included eggs, but NO sausage. The orange juice tasted more like orange drink, and was very sweet."

"We loved the room's cleanliness. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was delicious, they had options for everyone. Was very pleased with my stay"

"Staff were very nice and helpful but the breakfast area had cockroaches running around"

"Frayed carpeting!"

"Nice and comfortable place! There is an elevator if needed. Staff extra friendly and knowledgeable!"

"We’ve recently had some problems with other hotels and so are very leery of booking before we actually see the hotel. We are very happy to say that this was a very nice hotel. The staff was kind and helpful and the rooms are updated and clean. The breakfast was great… so much better than many hotels we’ve recently stayed at. Great location too! We give a big thumbs up!"

"Thank you for taking of our employees! - Desert West Commercial, LLC"

"The room was clean and pretty nice. It only had a shower, but was adequate. The space to hang clothes was a bit cramped, but ok. The most trying thing was that the room key took several tries to work each time. A bit frustrating. The breakfast had good eggs and sausage. I would stay here again."

"Hotel and staff were great, very clean. Bathroom very small but great shower. Could use a few more surfaces to put things on, like a desk /chair. Staff very accommodating when we asked for a second chair and help with the tv. Breakfast was awesome!"

"Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out."

"Upon arrival, there was a nasty smell in the hallway. My room was fair but poor smell. Poor painting and the toilet was not working. The gym room was too small and machines were not working. Staff were not friendly."
