"A beautiful place to stay, decorated tastefully and not overdone. My room was very attractive and although the mattress was firmer than I am used to I slept well. My view was over the valley but view from rooms facing this old village would also have been attractive. Efficient air conditioning greatly! Although small the garden was well maintained, as was the pool, and very quiet even at a busy weekend. Lovely sound of the water fall in the pool. Due to problems with my flights I arrived around...

"Amazing place, so clean and great value for money."

"Lovely old property close to towns in the scenic Dordogne. A car is essential. We stayed in the old castle which was charming. Excellent restaurant - be sure to book ahead."

"Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient for visiting nearby attractions, free parking. We enjoyed our 4-day stay."

"Wow… just wow. What an amazing and pleasantly surprising stay. Such a charming and welcoming place. Our family of four spent unfortunately only one night here during our vacation in the fascinating Dordogne, but absolutely love it. This isn’t one of those polished corporate hotels, this was a small piece of France! The host was very welcoming and pleasant. She spoke excellent English and made sure we never had to stumble with our very limited French. We had the top-floor room with an open attic...

"Benedict (front desk) very friendly, helpful. Good parking. Restaurant not available because of group."

"A lovely family-run hotel that has a warm and joyful vibe. The owners, their little girl serving tables on a busy night, absolutely everyone made me feel welcomed and cared for. As a vegetarian, the very kind owners prepared dishes suitable to my diet. The swimming pool was clean, refreshing and set in a serene setting. Even the guests were friendly and courteous. I recommend this hotel highly and will be returning every chance I get. A staff member even loaned me her special glasses to view the...

Emplacement parfait! Merci! On reviendra! Christine et François de Bordeaux"

"Lovely logis just inside the ramparts.Warm welcome from the owners. Short walk to centre of Domme. Wonderful relaxing garden with many different plants ,leading to secluded pool/hot tub with glorious views across the valley. Recommended."

"Sophie and the rest of the staff were excellent. We enjoyed a fantastic meal consisting of pigeonette and carnet d’agneau, it’s a change to eat something well prepared for a change. The rooms were very clean but could use some updating. Overall, we highly recommend a visit to this hotel. Paul"

"We love this property, Waffa the proprietor was so sweet and helpful. She helped us make reservations and the breakfast each morning was the best we’ve ever had. Don’t miss out on staying at this property if you are in the area. Also, they served us wine and appetizers in their outdoor bar near the heated pool! Quaint and delicious."

"Super stay. Lovely, little campsite. Great facilities. Pool was fun. Snacks and drinks available on site. Friendly hist."

"Nôtre séjour a était excellent. Le personnel tres professionnel. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir."

"Tiny room for three, but highly functional if used for the basics. Neat details and exceptionally clean! The staff was great and breakfast was flawless! Parking is super convenient."
